By installing the extension, accessing the website, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to use the Service.

2. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download, install, and use the PubSpy browser extension for your personal or business purposes
• Access and use the PubSpy website and related services
• Use the Service in accordance with its intended functionality

License Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the Service
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Plan

The basic version of PubSpy is provided free of charge with limited features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time.

Pro Subscription

Our Pro subscription offers additional features and benefits:

• Unlimited lookups and searches
• Advanced analytics and data
• Priority support
• API access

Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe

Automatic Renewal

Pro subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with the Service, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

Refunds are not available for:

• Renewal payments after the initial subscription period
• Partial month/year usage
• Accounts terminated for violation of these Terms

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PubSpy and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

User Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service becomes the property of PubSpy. We may use this feedback without compensation or attribution to you.

7. Disclaimer

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of the Service will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

The data provided by PubSpy is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PUBSPY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or trojan horses transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Service during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
