Plain-language policy

PubSpy sells monthly plans, yearly plans, and one-time credit packs through the hosted pay.yito.ai checkout. Promotional credits have no cash value. Nothing below limits mandatory consumer rights.

Eligible requests

  • First purchase: request a refund within 7 calendar days if no more than 10 paid credits have been consumed.
  • Accidental renewal: request a renewal refund within 72 hours if none of the renewal credits have been consumed.
  • Duplicate or incorrect charge: contact us promptly; after verification we will correct the credit balance or refund the duplicate amount.
  • Credits not granted: we will first repair the signed payment grant. If the entitlement cannot be delivered, the affected payment is eligible for a refund.

Normally not refundable

Requests outside the windows above, substantially consumed credit grants, promotional credits, policy abuse, or accounts suspended for fraud or unlawful use are normally not refundable unless required by law.

How to request

Use the contact form with the account email, pay.yito.ai or Stripe order reference, purchase date, and reason. Do not send card numbers. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; the payment processor usually needs 5–10 business days after approval.

Cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current billing period or remove unused credits. Contact support if self-service cancellation is unavailable.

PubSpy 通过 pay.yito.ai 托管收款页销售月付、年付和一次性积分包。赠送积分不能折现。本政策不会限制法律规定的强制消费者权利。

可以申请的情况

  • 首次购买：购买后 7 个自然日内，并且已消耗的付费积分不超过 10 分，可以申请退款。
  • 误续费：续费后 72 小时内，且本次续费积分尚未使用，可以申请退回本次续费。
  • 重复或错误扣款：核验后，我们会修正积分或退回重复金额。
  • 付款成功但积分没到账：我们会先修复经过签名验证的到账记录；无法交付权益时，该笔付款可退款。

通常不能退款

超过上述时限、积分已大量使用、赠送积分、滥用退款政策，以及因欺诈或违法使用被停用的账号，通常不能退款；法律另有规定的除外。

怎么申请

通过联系表单提交账号邮箱、pay.yito.ai 或 Stripe 订单号、购买日期和原因。不要提交银行卡号。批准后原路退回，支付机构通常还需 5–10 个工作日处理。

取消续费

取消只会停止后续续费，不会自动退回本期费用，也不会自动清除未用积分。如果暂时没有自助取消入口，请联系支持。
